Rick Perry doesn’t know what Lawrence v. Texas is. You know, the major SCOTUS civil rights case from 2003 that made anti-sodomy laws illegal in the United States, the ruling that was decided while he was governor of Texas and defacto defendant in the case.
When you are the basically the respondent in a landmark Supreme Court case, you should probably remember it, asshole. To refresh your memory, Rick, it’s the one in which you thought hate and narrow-mindedness was more important than the law. Although I guess that doesn’t narrow it down a lot for you, does it?facepalm.
